Your registration includes round-trip motorcoach transportation from Eastern’s St. Davids campus to the heart of Midtown Manhattan, with convenient drop-off and pickup in the Bryant Park area. NYC Your Way — Early Eagle Price $50 per person
(Regularly $60 after October 30) Enjoy round-trip motorcoach transportation and spend the day exploring New York at your own pace. Visit Rockefeller Center, shop Fifth Avenue, visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral, browse the Bryant Park Winter Village, enjoy a favorite restaurant, purchase your own show tickets or create your own holiday adventure.

NYC + 1:00 p.m. The Rockettes — $289/person
Celebrate the season with one of New York City’s most iconic holiday traditions at Radio City Music Hall. This festive production combines the Rockettes’ legendary precision choreography with dazzling costumes, elaborate sets and classic holiday scenes for a quintessential Christmas-in-New-York experience.
NYC + 2:00 p.m. WICKED — $169/person (4 ticket capacity)
See one of Broadway’s most beloved musicals at the Gershwin Theatre. Featuring unforgettable music, spectacular staging and the untold story of the witches of Oz, WICKED reimagines what happened before Dorothy arrived and explores friendship, identity and the choices that shape us.
NYC + 2:00 p.m. The Outsiders — $189/person (4 ticket capacity)
Experience the Tony Award-winning Best Musical based on S.E. Hinton’s classic novel and the beloved film. Set in 1960s Tulsa, The Outsiders brings the story of Ponyboy, Johnny and the Greasers to the stage with powerful music, dynamic choreography and an emotional story about friendship, belonging, family and finding your place in the world.

Space is limited to 50 travelers, and show packages are extremely limited!
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the limited availability and ticketed nature of this event, all cancellation and refund requests must be received by Monday, November 23, 2026. After this date, registrations and show tickets are nonrefundable. Refund requests received after the deadline may be considered on a case-by-case basis if we are able to fill the canceled space from a waitlist or otherwise resell the ticket.
Trip Logistics: Guests can park for free at Eastern’s St. Davids campus and travel together by motorcoach to New York City. Final departure times, the complete day-of schedule, and the designated Midtown/Bryant Park-area drop-off and pickup location will be shared with registered guests closer to the trip.
